2014 Severn Valley Railway Gala

40106, 50015 Valiant, 50026 Indomitable, 55009 Alycidon and 55019 Royal Highland Fusilier attended the October 2014 diesel gala at the Severn Valley Railway. 50049 Defiance was also on display, although static in a bay platform at Kidderminster as it was still undergoing mechanical repair.

It was only the second time that 50015 had been a guest locomotive at this particular preserved railway. Back in 1998 it had been a visitor, coincidentally also with 55019.

On several of the Class 50 diagrams a headboard was fitted in memory of Neil Morgan (known as 'Slim') who had recently deceased.

The locomotives provided turns from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth and Kidderminster to Bewdley.
