50026 Indomitable attended the May 2017 diesel gala at the Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway. This was the first time ever that this class of locomotive had visited this particular preserved railway.

50026 has a very special connection with this railway as it was the last Class 50 to stop at Princes Risborough on a scheduled stop on the Paddington-Banbury runs on the 11th May 1990 - 27 years ago to the day.

The locomotive provided turns from Chinnor to Princes Risborough and the return.
