2010 Driver Experience Courses

The Class 50 Alliance Ltd, in association with the Severn Valley Railway, run driver experience courses using their locomotives on a number of days each year.

The first event in the 2010 calendar, held in aid of the Severn Valley Railway Diesel Shed Appeal, ran using locomotive 50035 Ark Royal hauling a short consist of six carriages from Kiddermister to Bewdley.

The final course in the 2010 calendar, for which the author was a delegate, ran using locomotive 50031 Hood hauling a consist of eight carriages from Bewdley to Bridgnorth and the return.
