2014 Swanage Railway Gala

50026 Indomitable attended the May 2014 diesel gala at the Swanage Railway. 50031 Hood was on display, although static in a bay platform at Corfe Castle due to an electrical fault experienced on the first day of running. 55002 The King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry also attended the gala.

50026 had recently undergone bodywork repairs resulting in a complete repaint. It was out-shopped in Network SouthEast revised livery, a colour scheme this locomotive had never carried in service due to its relatively early withdrawal.

The locomotives provided turns from Swanage to Norden and the return.
