50019
Ramillies worked its last train in August 1990 and was withdrawn in September 1990 due to main generator damage, thereby becoming the 20th Class 50 locomotive to be withdrawn after over 22 years of active service. Engine hours stood at 12,444.
After its withdrawal, 50019 was bought by the Class 50 Locomotive Association in September 1991. Its first home in preservation was at the Tunbridge Wells & Eridge Railway. It was moved to its current home at the
Mid-Norfolk Railway in May 1999.
